Digital product purchases
Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access or delivery has been provided.
Access issues
If you experience a problem receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact support with the email address used at checkout. We will review the issue and work to restore access when appropriate.
Exceptions
If a purchase was made in error or a product was materially misrepresented, contact support promptly so we can review the circumstances. Any approved remedy is determined on a case-by-case basis.
